The twelve hours of Huy - RACB ancestors - September 4, 2010 A completely different style of photos where I discovered the joys of vehicle movements, the exercise of obtaining a vehicle while restoring net speed, spinning wheels and so on. Not easy for a beginner but boards the sites on my links help a bit and the EOS 500D is equipped to do so!
RACB organized the 12 hours of Huy, mythical race of the 50s. Restricted to models produced until 69 (73 if unchanged), these include 12 hours traveling the same circuit three times at an average of 50 km / Hr, neither more nor less on pain of penalties.
I discovered an atmosphere other than the current rally, a public good-natured, friendly and disciplined, that does not put anywhere, do not run a special to the other by taking risks (and rightly so since there is no special), amateurs of beautiful cars ready to share their passion and drivers who do not hesitate to shine the tires on the concrete road that prevented beautiful drifts! Volvo, Saab, Ford, Lotus, Renault, Fiat, Jaguar, BMW and Porsche in the end I knew as a child.
If you get a chance, feel free to attend such a rally, there regularly.
