Strawberry Crumble and chips.
Phew !!!!! I thought there'll have no sun this year. The last voila (just reminding us that the sum on April 27 and spring begins March 21), so when we talk about global warming it makes me laugh. Well, apart from that I selected a recipe that fits well against these beautiful sunny days .
Ingredients:
50g butter
100 flour
500 grams of strawberries
of sugar.
10 grams sugar.
Preparation:
1) The chips of strawberries.
Preheat oven to 100 degrees.
Remove the stalk ( Remove the tails of some vegetables and some fruits ) strawberries. Take a small sharp knife and cut the strawberries in the direction of height (5 mm). Arrange strawberry slices on a baking paper and sprinkle with icing sugar. Place in oven for 1 hour and return after 30 minutes of cooking them something quite still sugar. 2) The strawberry crumble.
Place butter and flour in a blender and turn it to have a crumbly mixture.
Butter the molds and arrange the strawberries cut into 4 or 2 (depending on the size strawberries). Turn the camera on strawberry crumble (do not hesitate to put it is that we see just a little strawberries).
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Arrange 2 or 3 chips on the crumble.
